To cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact Customer Service. We are happy to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If you have received your order and are not happy with it or something is wrong, please contact your prescribing Eye Doctor. In most cases your eye doctor will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
