Have questions about an order you've recently placed?
First, check your email inbox for an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation notification. These emails will contain details about the status of your order.
Your order may take up to 3 business days to be verified with your doctor. Once verified, it may take an additional 2 business days to process and ship the order.
If you've received a shipping notification, you can track your shipment with the USPS Shipping Tracking tool.
If you have not received any communication emails from Shop, or have additional questions, please contact Customer Service for support.
