Here’s what you need to know about ordering through ACUVUE® Shop.

  • How long will you hold my order to verify?

    A: We will work with your prescribing eye doctor for 3 business days to verify a prescription. If we have not confirmed the prescription at the end of 3 business days, we will cancel the order.

  • What shipping method do you use?

    A: We use either USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Mail.

  • Do you have rush shipping?

    A: 2-Day & overnight expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. Orders will be shipped once your prescription has been verified by your eye doctor.
  • Can I use my vision insurance?

    A: Most insurance plans offer an allowance for contact lens purchases, which can be collected after submitting a reimbursement receipt. Check with your provider to verify plan details.

  • Where can I find my prescription?

    A: Most eye doctors provide a printout of your prescription. You can also locate it on the contact lens box or blister pack.

  • What if I'm not happy with my order?

    A: We are so confident that you will love the comfort ACUVUE® Contact Lenses provide that if you’re not 100% satisfied within 90 days we promise your money back^, no questions asked. For questions about the Comfort Promise, please visit for additional terms and conditions and to download the Comfort Promise Reimbursement Certificate for complete instructions on how to redeem your money back offer. Mail the completed certificate, purchase receipts as well as the opened ACUVUE® boxes to the address on the Reimbursement Certificate and unopened boxes to your Eye Care Professional. Offer valid until December 31, 2021.
  • What if my eye doctor isn't listed as available to purchase from?

    A: Please contact your doctor to confirm you have a valid ACUVUE® contact lens prescription. If you don't have one, you will need to schedule an appointment with an eye doctor.
  • What if my prescription changes?

    A: For an order to be processed it must match exactly what your doctor has prescribed. If your prescription has changed, and is still valid, you will be able to place your order.
  • Is this a subscription service? Can I cancel at any time?

    A: This is not a subscription service and there are no recurring charges. If you've just placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact Customer Service.
  • Do you accept coupons or promotion codes?

    A: You can always expect Free Shipping without the use of a coupon code. Occasionally we may offer additional discounts.
